What is the 100-day money back guarantee?

Some companies have a refund policy for 7 days… maybe 30 days. We are so confident in Contractor Foreman that we give you up to 100-days to request a refund if you are not satisfied and no longer wish to use it. Available for Annual and Three-Year plans. No other company comes close to this level of confidence. That said, we do have a few conditions you must meet to be eligible for the refund. Our terms are not an obstacle but instead, they are in place to ensure that you adequately give Contractor Foreman a try before giving up on it. Our goal is to see you succeed. Prior to requesting a refund, you must have… participated in a free training session within 30 days of signing up and within the last 30 days of when you are requesting a refund. This allows us to show you the features you may not be aware of and highlight new features added prior to the refund being processed. Additionally, you must add (1) Project and during the course of the project, create 3 Daily logs on separate dates. It’s as simple as that.

Does the price increase if we add more projects?

No, the pricing for Contractor Foreman if fixed and does not increase based on your company’s growth. This allows you to add an unlimited number of projects.

Is the fee per user or for the whole company?

The fee listed on the website is the fee for the company as a whole. Any current promotion will be automatically factored into the price.

Is this for small or large companies?

Contractor Foreman is the perfect solution for companies that need 1 user or 100. We have tiny companies (smaller than yours) and large companies (300+ employees) using the system. It may do more than you need it to do today but the price is right and we have the features that you can grow into instead of grow out of.

Does this work for sub-contractors or only general contractors?

Contractor Foreman is used by sub-contractors, GC’s, and every type of trade contractor that you can think of. From tiny companies with a single owner/operator to large GC’s, we have the features that you or your team need. We cover it all from the office to the field.

Can my clients pay their invoices online?

Our integration with WePay by Chase makes it easy for your clients to pay their invoices online with a credit card or bank account. Existing customers can setup their WePay account and see more details by logging into your account and clicking on Menu > Settings > Integration > WePay.

Do you integrate with QuickBooks or Zapier?

We integrate with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop and Zapier. The eliminates the need for double entering your data. We also have integrations with Google and Outlook.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

You can upgrade at any time to unleash new features and to allow for your growing team. When upgrading, the unused credit will be applied towards the upgrade. When downgrading, the difference between the two plans will remain on file as a non-refundable credit for the next renewal.

Which devices does this work on?

Contractor Foreman is web based. The web panel can be used on any device that has a web browser. We also have native apps for iOS (iPhone and iPad) as well as Android phones and tablets. Even if you use a Windows tablet, you can still use Contractor Foreman by using the web panel. We support Firefox, Brave, and Chrome. Safari and Edge are not recommended but they normally work without issue. If you are using one of those and do have an issue, try a different browser.

Is free training included?

We want to help you get up and running ASAP by providing you with free training. The number of training hours included depends upon the plan selected. We also offer free group trainings each week.

How secure is my data?

Contractor Foreman works in the cloud on AWS (Amazon Web Servers). This is the same network Amazon.com uses to run their own website. So yes, it is very secure but as with anything, it’s only as secure as the weakest link. Is your password “safety” or “construction”? Those may not be the best option. Do not share your credentials – instead, give your employees their own account.

Do you support other currencies and metric values?

We support many different currencies. If the currency you need isn’t available, let us know and we can add it. We also support Imperial and Metric units of measure.

Can we change the language from English?

The company as a whole can change the language and each employee can also. This is great for companies that have employees that do not speak the same language as the majority of others at the company.

When am I charged and how do I cancel?

You are not charged until the end of your trial. As long as the account is cancelled before the trial ends, no charge takes place. To cancel, you will need to do so before your trial ends (or before your upcoming renewal) through your account here by submitting the cancellation form. Do you offer a discount to non-profits?

We offer a substantial discount to non-profits that are able to provide a tax statement showing their non-profit status. The discount is based on the anticipated amount of training (if any) would be needed and other hard-costs.
