We want to see you succeed and to help do so, we provide each customer with a number of free trainings based on the plan and duration selected. (See training hours provided here) Customers can schedule a free training training to go over Contractor Foreman and answer any questions and to see how it will help their company save time and money. Training and support is only provided to individuals who are listed as an Active User on their company account. The training must be scheduled on our website. We realize that stuff comes up and if you have a training currently scheduled with us, please give us at least a 12-hour notice if you need to reschedule so that we can open the time-slot to other users who need help now. If a training is not cancelled or rescheduled and you do not show up for it, a $125 “No Show” fee will be applied. Our goal is not to charge you, but to help make sure you are trained and that others have the opportunity to fill your slotted time if you are unable to attend. If you schedule a training, keep it or reschedule at least 12 hours in advance.
